With each trip I have tried to find/buy a little something for our home that brings back the memory of that trip.

These pieces can be something as simple as a coffee mug or more elaborate like a price of art from a local artist.

When arranged in your home these things are great conversation starters and constant reminders of wonderful memories you have made.

Does anyone else do this?? Here are a couple of my recent finds.

This year will be my first year hosting a holiday and I want to get it just perfect! I never realized all that goes into planning for a holiday. Not only is getting my house in tip-top shape a high priority but I also want to make the most delicious menu possible.

Usually I try and fix recipes so they are a little bit healthier but I think this year for turkey dinner I am going to go full flavor!

Do any of you have any recipe ideas?? What are huge hits with your family at the dinner table?

I found this great felt ball wreath from West Elm and I’m determined to try and make it. Since I’m pretty sure it’s going to take me the whole seven weeks we have until Christmas to make it I’m glad I found it now.
